The housekeeping service needs serious improvement. One day, I received a large towel and a small towel that had a massive hole. every morning around 6:30 a.m., the cleaning staff made so much noise outside the room, I could not sleep. I found the door to be not very sturdy either. There was a chain lock inside that was ripped from the wall and carelessly put back, I did not feel secure.

The hotel staff was very helpful. I received an upgraded room at check-in. It featured a separate sitting area. The breakfast offered a good selection. The eggs and Buck's Fizz were standouts. The hotel is also in proximity to the castle and some restaurants.

The room was too warm because the air conditioner didn't work well.
